Traveling to another dimension is by no means easy, nor often is it desirable. Then why do it? You might be driven by curiosity, a thirst for knowledge, or the spirit of adventure, or it could be that you are simply obliged to do so regardless of your feelings on the matter. Naturally, the hypothesis that other dimensions do not exist is not even taken into consideration here, since that would imply that what this story is recounting, faithfully transcribed from Erik’s diary, is mere fantasy.
